Given Tellurium’s chemical properties, gold and silver occluded by it are lost during testing.


In some cases, more gold is unknowingly sent to the tailings pond than is produced from leaching.

TELLURIUM GOLD EXTRACTION

NANOBREAK

NanoBreak is our innovation to identify and efficiently recover tellurium occluded gold and silver.

FIRE ASSAYS DO NOT ACCURATELY MEASURE GOLD AND SILVER PRESENCE IN TELLURIDE ORE

  • Tellurium is considered throughout the world of metallurgy a highly refractory mineral.


  • The leaching of telluride ores has always been problematical with a perceived mismatch of findings between researchers and operators.


  • Refractory Tellurium’s chemical properties mask gold and silver and are lost during testing.


  • Our Nanotechnological treatment of refractory ores has proven results in extracting tellurium effected gold, with registered yield increases of up to 300%.

  •  The increased production yield was generated by identifying and harvesting unregistered gold that was previously heading as waste in the form of tailings to the tailings pond.

  • The process to recuperate this gold is completely parallel to regular

    production and does not interfere with it.


TESTING FOR TELLURIUM GOLD


  • Our latest series of lab testing on client taken samples and our own sampling produced identical results.


  • Proof of recoverable gold within  tailings bound material.


  • This material was not seen in the client lab fire assay or other international consultancy lab testing.

GOLD RECOVERY


  • Running the tailings bound material with our custom reagents in an IRL Reactor we recovered the same volumes of material as the testing indicated.


  • A considerable increase in yield was achieved from the Brite Metals processed material.


  • It was demonstrated that the mine previously thought to be operating at Ca. 83% had a radical increase in concentration, yield and recovery.

BUSINESS MODEL


  • Brite Metals team and custom reagents are provided to the clients mine site.


  • No fee’s are charged, Brite Metals invoices the client for an agreed ratio of the additional recovered metal.


  • Brite Metals can offer turn-key refining and purchase via European refiners.

WHY WORRY ABOUT OXYGEN?

  • Our technology approaches the leaching challenges from the oxygen optimization perspective.

  • Implementation of our Nano Accelerator system is a simple process, only requiring minor modifications to oxygen delivery inside the tanks.

SOLUBILITY


  • The solubility of gases in aqueous solutions generally decreases when temperature increases and increases when gas partial pressure increases.


  • The presence of ions in the solution may decrease the solubility of the gas, depending on the type and the concentration.


  • But, for most solutions in gold extraction processes, the ionic force is relatively low, and this decrease is not significant.

PRESSURE


  • Oxygen solubility in water not only depends on temperature, it is also affected by gas partial pressure over the liquid in which it is dissolved.


  • Oxygen pressure in air is constant, concentration in the water does not increase unless oxygen partial pressure is increased.


  • Erroneously, it is believed that increasing the cyanide concentration increases the gold extraction kinetics.

NANO ACCELERATOR


  • Brite Metals methodology uses nanotechnology that creates an additional oxygen reserve in addition to dissolved oxygen.
